For new and experienced players aged ten to eighteen.

The Divisional soccer program places players on teams based on both age and stage of development to ensure that each player is challenged appropriately while receiving the necessary guidance to grow. Teams are led by trained volunteer coaches. Each team competes in a league against teams in our neighboring communities and the lower mainland.

REGISTRATION

UNIFORM
Players are provided socks, shorts, and jersey during the first season they register each year. If players require additional kit, items can be purchased through the club by emailing: UNIFORMS@MISSIONSOCCERCLUB.COM.

DAYS

• Boys Games = Saturdays
• Boys Practices = Mondays & Wednesdays
• Girls Games = Sundays
• Girls Practices = Tuesdays & Thursdays

COMPETITION
All registering players will be placed on teams. Teams play weekly matches against teams accorss the lower mainland. Teams are grouped with teams of the same age and similar level play. Teams will play games across the lower mainland and families need to be prepared to drive to compete in away games.

RECOGNITION
At the end of the Fall/Winter season players and coaches are invited to attend our awards night. Each team is given three awards to be given out to individual players who have excelled in their team.

VOLUNTEER COACHES
Our soccer club is run almost entirely by Volunteers, and we'd like to ask you to consider volunteering with your child's team or with the club this season.

DURATION
September to March. Generally the season begins after labor day long weekend and the season ends at the end of February. Some teams choose to begin training in August and choose to participate in tournaments before the season begins or after the season ends extending the season duration.

Division 1 and Division 2 teams are eligible for the Coastal Cup. The Coastal Cup is a single knock out cup competition. Teams that advance in this competition will extent their season into March and potentially April and May. Teams that advance into April or May in the Coastal Cup are allowed to participate in the Spring season even tho the competitions overlap.

Some teams choose to participate in tournaments before the season begins or after the season ends extending the season duration.
