In an effort to continue to improve the level of coaching of our players for the 2017 / 2018 Fall season we will be requiring all potential coaches to fill out a short application form in conjunction with our new registration application.

Please be sure to read through all information prior to registering (including Refund Policy); a player with an incomplete registration cannot be placed on a team.
While the club attempts to place all players, wait lists may be necessary where player registration exceeds team limits or the availability of volunteer coaches - please consider volunteering so that every child who wants to learn the beautiful game has that opportunity.
As well as requiring a coach, it is necessary for sufficient players to be registered in order to form a team and, as such, the club cannot guarantee that a team may be fielded at any particular age group or competitive level.
Registration is not considered complete until payment and proof of age documentation have been received.
Proof Of Age Documentation:
Your player’s birth certificate or passport can be photocopied and mailed to the address below, or scanned and emailed to email@example.com
Fees can be paid online by credit card.
To pay by cheque, you must contact the registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org and the treasurer at email@example.com Cheques or money orders can be mailed to the address below. Completing the Online Registration
Please ensure the names and contact information for all persons with parental authority/custodial rights to the player are included in the registration.
If you have a returning player who registered on-line for a previous season, once you click "Launch Member Area" you will need to enter the email and password you used last time. If you can't remember your password, one will be emailed to you (this can take a few minutes). Once you are logged in, you can update any contact or family information by clicking Profile then "edit profile" or "add/edit family". Click Registration – a list of registrations which are currently open will appear below; click on the one you want and proceed through the steps of registering your player(s).
If you are registering on-line for the first time, once you click "Launch Member Area" you will need to click SETUP LOGIN on the left menu. (An email address is required; you can set up one fairly quickly and without cost with Google, Yahoo, Windows Live and others.) Enter the requested parent information, click SUBMIT and you will be emailed a password to access the system. Return to the Member Area and choose MEMBER LOGIN; log in using your email address and password that was sent to you by firstname.lastname@example.org and click the Login button. From the menu on the left, click Registration, then a list of registrations which are currently open will appear below; click on the one you want and proceed through the steps of registering your player(s).
Finally, once your registration is complete and you click SUBMIT, the page may go blank for a few moments while your registration is processing - please be patient!
